Bio:

MA (Freiburg 1986), Ph.D. (UBC 1991)

Taught at the University of Manitoba (1991-92 and 1993-94) and at the University of Waterloo (1994-95)

Research interests:

Posthumanism; theories of media, materialities of communication and/or memory; systems theory and theories of cultural evolution; biological models in cultural evolution; secret societies and conspiracy theories; Science Fiction (special focus on Alternate History).
